NYC Fashion Week 2018 | Our client (Unilever x Savers) came to us with a simple initiative. #stain-less #waste-less. Men and women have been disposing of clothing due to pit stains for decades, wasting both money and time, and creating waste in landfills. As a matter of fact, 300 million pieces and a total of $6.5 billion in clothing have been tossed by millennials over a lifetime due to white marks or yellow stains. In the spirt of fashion week, this installation in the famous Oculus (New York's World Trade Center core hub for transport) celebrates all the beautiful clothing that will be saved by stain-free waste-free recycling. This 30-foot tall piece was constructed into a larger-than-life pile of clothing, sorted into an artful gown. A fashion mannequin's emerges from the peak of the pile, as her dress cascades to the floor in a ombre of color.
